Ajwa Hotel Cappadocia

An ambitious attempt to reproduce the historical Karavansaray experience from the East is being built in Ürgüp town, the province of Nevşehir. The stunning local architecture design of the hotel will impress and amaze the clients in every instance. A traditional courtyard, life long history and exquisite details in the design are to make the clients wonder at all times. The hotel is planned to service with a total of 52 rooms that are influenced by the historic caravansaries located in the region. Total area: 7793 m2

Houses by AJWA

Project Details

Houses by AJWA is a total number of 7 meticulously designed premium class residences that are made of suits and apartments that can be used separately and jointly likewise. The houses by Ajwa are located in the historical peninsula of Istanbul, the district of Sultanahmet. The exterior has been completely retained and renovation works have been carried out predominantly indoors. The design phase was focused on the historical features that are very much unique to the building and surroundings. A total residence space of all exclusive 7 Houses by Ajwa reaches 870 square meters including private gardens.

IB School of Business Head Office

Project Details

In 2017 Gülab İnşaat launched new exciting project to build the school of business of tomorrow. The IB school of business head office is intended to serve as the headquarters for all the intellectuals and managers that will design executive education programs and offer them to the leading minds of Turkey and customers overseas. The head office of the school is aimed to attract C-level executives and merge their practical skills with theoretical background available at the academic side.

History

The foundation of this building dates back to the last century. Back in 1870, the Pasha of the Ottoman empire erected the so called Hammam-I Zade, one of the outstanding buildings in the heart of vibrant Istanbul. The first restoration commenced in 1987 and was completed in 1990. The building was reopened as the Hotel Turk Koshk in 1990. Gülab İnşaat started the renovation in 2016 with the passion to bring back the historical touch the building had before and merge it with the cutting-edge technology of the tomorrow.

IB Business School Campus (Management and Economics)

Project Details

When IB school of business founders approached Gülab İnşaat for a design that would perfectly harmonize technology, comfort, and a Socratic pedagogy, we immediately had that essential sparkle in our company and channeled all our design and creative capacity towards this ambitious idea. The building that meets standards of new way of teaching will help to build academic and business strength as well as intellectual potential.

The two campuses will more than anything else, thrive to cultivate new minds, new mentality and new generation. Demolish old-fashioned schooling and nurture innovative teaching methods. The management and economics campuses are to be commissioned in a way to offer practical solutions to problems of the business community. Customized approach to deal with local needs and handle issues of industry 4.0 are important to this construction project, and this is exactly what is being built now for future.

12 Group of Companies Head Office

Project Details

12 Group of Companies, the parent company of Gülab İnşaat was established in 2008 in Baku, Azerbaijan and later very quickly entered international markets in United Kingdom and Turkey. The company’s head office in Istanbul is a command center for projects and investment initiatives in Turkey and elsewhere. The interior and exterior design of the building is yet to impress the eyes of visionaries. Meanwhile, the care and preservation of the history is the highest priority for Gülab İnşaat. As a precautionary measure, conservators will monitor vibrations created by the renovation of the building and will make proactive decisions regarding objects that are too fragile to remain on view.

Art Gallery

Project Details

The art gallery located at Kadirga Liman street, Sultanahmet district is yet another exemplary ideal for art aficionados and profound connoisseur likewise. The architectural details throughout the building contain symbolic meaning as the locale was previously used as vessel repair dock and workshop.

The Art Gallery will feature a transparent look into the building to make sure all passersby can observe the beauty of the art within. Many of artifacts will remain as historical evidences and some will be collected for further sale at the first floor of the gallery. The floor below will function as a display room of exceptional carpets, rugs and products alike. The third floor of the art gallery is devoted to a manifestation of paintings and composition. Total venue of over 600 square meters will host.
